Do you think the stress of my in laws interfering could be the cause of me and my husband not conceiving. We've been trying for a baby for almost 18 months. The doctors say we are both perfect health and fertile.Yet I still haven't conceived .I feel very depressed and stressed because my in laws are always in my face interfering in our lives. Can stress really cause infertilty?

Stress is the cause of many, many things.

Why don't you and your husband take some time up for yourselves, sans the in-laws?

Have you been on a real vacation lately? No interruptions, no "surprise" visitors, no work-related calls?
    If not, then it's time!

Just go someplace---any place --- and just enjoy each other's company. That way, you'll have a relaxing atmosphere, which can aid you in conception.
