Trouble with co worker/s
I am a very open and accepting person but i have a problem.Often when I work with my co workers, they will tell me deep personal things about themselves. I realize this happens after working together for awhile but I do not like it. Especially my supervisor. I feel uncomfortable with this, as I feel it skew the lines between employee and friend and makes problems later on. I do
not know how to respond, so I share something personal. My supervisor also talks about how she is the bad A*s of the office and speaks hostile about experiences she had when someone did something "wrong". I feel she is trying to intimidate me or make manipulate me by telling personal stories to deter me from speaking to someone or her about all the "not so great things" that she does often. Can someone tell me how I can deal with this and what should I say the next time she/they tell me personal stories. (the latest one is that my supervisors granddaughter has a tumor and doctors do not know what to do)

Tell them!
If you are not comfortable with the types of conversations your co-workers and/or supervisor initiates, tell them you are not comfortable with what they are saying and either change the subject or leave them be.
Don't reciprocate an uncomfortable conversation by telling YOUR personal business!
People have a way of using it against you when they get angry, don't like something you do or have done, or when they want some leverage against you.
I hope your supervisor isn't trying to intimidate you. It sounds like a possibility to me, though.
Start taking notes ... get yourself a journal and start writing down the date, time, place and who said what---especially AFTER you've told them you are uncomfortable with their conversations.
If you feel the need to make a formal complaint, go to your Union (if you have one) or Human Resources and file one. Use the information you took down in your journal or log, whatever you choose to use.
No supervisor should be trying to intimidate anyone on the job. That's not what you're there for. It's enough you're working 8 hours or so and you spend the majority of your day there; you don't need all the added frustration.
