You be proud and do what is in your hearts. My gram and gramp have been married 64 years in June. I love to see them together and am sad that so many people in my life won't experience that. Be strong and enjoy spending your time with your best friend.

It does me the world of good to hear an opinion outside of my friends and what goes on in my head. Its amazing to hear of couples still going strong after so long, especially ones who got together at a young age. Your right though, i shouldn't be stressing about what has not happened, and may never happen!! And heres hoping we are half as happy as you CarolineWH.
