I wasn't around here at Christmas-time because I decided to get off the computer and get a life. Excuse me for not knowing the rules.

You can do what you want. I just think it's horrible that a female would be another female down. I know you feel a one-up because you're with him now, but still. It doesn't make you any better than the other girls.

I'm having a hard time believing that it'll be "special" for him, too. I guess I kinda don't want to believe because I'm a queen at putting up super-thick guards and I'm too scared to put it down. If I believe for a second that we're experiencing the same thing I'll just end up being hurt. It's an extreme, but it's how I think.

It's just not the same for men and women, and it's naive to assume it is. Women treat sex emotionally, as they're the ones left with the repercussions (before our society developed to the point it has now). They're the ones that have to look for good fathering material, etc. Wheras men will spread their seed, it's all genetics.

A woman might have lots of emotional/physical/financial hoops to jump through, whereas the man has already made up his mind when he sees a nice walking past. So, for it being "easy" for a man, it is simply that they can bluff their way through the guards that a woman has set up. A man doing this is not being "easy" - sure he's being predatory, callous etc. - but there is a difference.

If I'm understanding how the word "easy" was being used in the posts -

I don't think a girl that is labeled as "easy" would fit the above. She's labeled "easy" because as the term implies she'll sleep with anyone therefore she is easy to get in the bed.

A guy that takes advantage of an "easy" female, easy? No, I don't think so. Callous, yes. I think it also can be a lack of respect for females and seeing them only as something to use. He takes advantage of the situation for his own benefit.

for all this easy talk...which kinda started when i mentioned that my b/f slept with some "easy" girls, mind you he was like 14....so as for the "he should respect women" he very well does respect women, there is no question about it. But if he calls a girl easy its because its true, and its not due to a lack of respect for WOMEN in general, its a lack of respect for that individual because they had no respect for themself.

It doesn't make me any better?
I was a virgin, and really valued it...and i waited just as i had always wanted to, and it turned out to be perfect, the time the place everything.
As for a particular girl who slept with him before, she was a virgin to, and loast her virginity with another girl in the room, and later when i asked her why did she lose it to him, she told me she wanted to get it over with. The second time she had sex, was with a different guy, and she slept with him because he told her he had a "rule" that after a certain amount of time of knowing a girl, he has to have sex with them. YES rule, but it got her in bed.
I can call her any name in the world, and i may stoop low for calling her it, but on those terms, i respected my self and waited SO either way, i am better than her. Not trying to sound concieted, but if i call and easy girl easy, i don't think that is all it takes for me to stoop as low as her.

Just as an FYI I wasn't speaking of or referring to your boyfriend, hope I didn't offend. I was making comment(s) in reply to Anon's post.

I agree, no respect for themselves.

I was saying that this is the way in which women percieve sex... an easy woman is still a woman, just that the defensive hoops and guards that she has are not exactly rigerous. But yeah, they can also be dumb enough not to even think anything but 3 seconds into the future.

    Update-
I've been thinking too much lately and I really don't want to get into a relationship with him. It kinda all hit me at once just to not get into it.
The guy leaves the house for hours and goes out on walks. My experience with relationships (which really isn't much, but enough to suffice) is telling me to put my guard up extremely high. I don't know a guy that goes out for 3-hour long walks just to go out walking.

    Whenever I call I have a 30% chance he'll answer. He's never there.

He tells me he'll call back when I talk to him, but the chance of him calling back is slim.

He always finds the little reasons to get off the phone with me. "Hey, lemme take a shower." "Oh, it's lunch/dinner time." "Hey, this movie is on." "My phone is about to die." I kid you not, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I call him, his phone is about to die. What the ****?

And on top of that, he still talks to his ex and if I'm correct he hung out with another one of his ex's on her birthday this past week.

I don't know why all of this is just hitting me now. It's like the lightbulb in my head went off all of a sudden.

Also... he's probably laxed now. If you can have sex without love once I'm sure you can do it again. I just bet that's what he's been doing whenever I'm not talking to him... stringing me along.

In the end, I'm through with him and moving on. This 2 year "crush" or whatever the **** it was is sucking the life out of me and I just need a refresher.

    Thanks for the advice. Um...yeah.

    Bye.
