Has anyone ever gone to a couples retreat and if so....

What can one expect? Did it really bring you and whoever closer? Was it worth it? What kind did you go to? What did you get from it? Is it a good idea to go to a couples retreat? AND last but most important....How do/did you bring it up with significant other? (Heres a really good question regarding the last question...my mans son is in town for the summer...I should wait until he leaves to bring this up right?)

And...maybe this last question...anyone know of any good ones in Alberta, CA area?!?!? Thanks all...you rock!!!!!
