Just curious, wondered if culture was a factor. Would depend on what part of Africa. There are a lot of cultures, each with own ideas. Wondered if there might be a religious or cultural hangup over coming from something other than intercourse. You should discuss this with him, it may very well be a factor - the wasted seed sort of thing.
