Good advice, but remember that the male orgasm has two parts to it. During the build up, yes it's important to maintain the same speed, but once he starts to come, slow it down and switch to a more gentle motion until he's done coming. And stay away from the head, since it will suddenly get quite sensitive at this point, kind of how you ladies want us to back off and stop licking your clit when we make you come that way.
