Hi! I am new here, so forgive my ignorance with how things are done.

My fiancee is a great lover (the best I have had) physically. There is one thing that I would really like that he is uncomfortable with. . . Talking dirty. I don't want anything raunchy, but he is in the military and gone quite a bit. I would love to be able to enjoy some over the phone intimacy, but he stops me every time. I would never force him into anything, just like he would never me, but I don't understand why it is so hard for him to open up over the phone.

Should I stop the issue, or is this a reasonable request? Is there any little things I can do to make him more comfortable? Any tips on how to get him to start talking?

Do you think that he will be worried, that if he starts doing that, you will be more turned on (off course), but on-going and therefore may want more? Therefore, he may lose you?

It could be the reason, I understand that he is away and I agree, with distance, that sort of communication is not only fun, but exciting and intimate the only way you two can be.

Perhaps, talk sexy, instead of dirty and let him know that it is him and only him that will ever be in your life.

Maybe he just needs to also get comfortable with it.

Maybe he's just not into it? I had a boyfriend once that was into phone sex while we were away from eachother. I sortof played along but it definitely never got me off. It just seemed kindof rediculous and too artificial for me to take it seriously and actually get off with it. I'd keep thinking in the back of my head "Haha, wow this is so silly..." Talking dirty and doing the dirty... in real life, well that's a totally different story.
