I've never experienced more than one orgasm at a time. How is it possible to have multiple? Having just one pretty much knocks me out. What's the secret?

Some women are just blessed with multiple orgasms. Some women either can't achieve it, or they physically cannot handle another one so they stop. I have managed to have two on rare occassions and it nearly killed me to be honest. Haha! The only way that I could do it was by two completely different types of stimulation for each orgasm. I am usually only a single, also. I, too, tend to be out for the count after just the one. It seems to last awhile, too. I have, with a former partner, been able to experience smaller ones censecutively before, though.
