Regarding your question about having orgasms during intercourse, I wrote this in another post on similar topic:
"I've read that a recent study in Europe found that a high percentage of women (it was up around or over 50%) have never had orgasms, so there is nothing wrong with you if you haven't -- you just haven't found the right way for yourself. Also, of those who do, a smaller percentage (30% or something) have one with intercourse. The study found that some women are physically wired where they can be stimulated by intercourse, and others aren't -- although it's the same area that is stimulated -- the clitoris -- most women need direct stimulation.
Personally, I've never had an orgasm with just intercourse -- it's always manual by hand or orally. I don't worry about it and accept it and just enjoy having them! Make it a part of foreplay, and it can be fun. It's sex afterall -- who said there are any rules you have to follow? Make up your own."

Basically, you ARE able to have an orgasm during sex, just not through intercourse alone. The closest I've gotten during intercourse was while my husband was stimulating me, but he had to pull out so I could tense up and release. We'll keep trying, but we don't make it our focus. Like I said -- I just enjoy having them!
I think men and women worry too much about the need for the woman to have an orgasm during intercourse. Sex isn't just the act of intercourse -- there are so many other fun and sexy things to do with your partner! I've found that loosening up, trying new things and being less or uninhibited makes sex more fun.
I don't know if you've tried grinding on him during intercourse. I sit all the way down on my man and rub my clit against his abs in a back and forth motion. Depending on how horny I am, how much foreplay we have done and how wet I am determines how fast I orgasm but it's worth a shot. If he's up to play and figure it out, I'd say try that.
As for having a full bladder, I've actually read a study that it increases the strength of the orgasm and I have to say in my own study, it's true. Just run for the bathroom when you're done.
