4yrs-no sex-help
Hi,
I'm in need of some advice. my periods stopped 4yrs ago ( the menopause ) and my Dr. took me off the pill. The thing is we have not had real sex with 4yrs as I am terrified of getting pregnant. We love each other in other ways and thankfully we have a close relationship but we miss the real thing so much. I guess my question is, how do other women my age manage without fear of getting pregnant. |

if you're so concerned, what about using condoms? spermicidal suppositories?
