[QUOTE=Shannon1;65548]when you are in a relationship, sometimes you have to just do the things you may or may not want to do, because in a relationship, its always about giving and receiving, and thats not just about sex either... when you love/ or care deeply for someone, your main goal is to please them and make them happy... I don't particularly enjoy giving BJs to my hubby all the time either, but I still give it to him, at least a couple times a week. And I do that because I love him, want to make him happy, and most importantly...I know he will never need to get it elsewhere as long as he's getting it at home!!! QUOTE]

Hey, can you talk to my girlfriend? LOL! I like your philosophy but I'm not sure how to teach it. Also, I'm not sure it always works for sex.

It should work for any situation! When you are with someone, its not always about you anymore, its about being together, as a team. She needs to understand this. There is alot of information out there, in book form, magazine articals, internet, even talk shows that can give her the same message. Maybe you can even just try talking to her, and telling her you have been also "researching" and tell her what you think and feel about the subject. Tell her how happy you would be, and ask her is there anything she would like you to do to add "spice" to the relationship. Tell her you are open to trying anything she wants, if thats what will please her. Most of the time, people learn more from Example.. What ever you want out of the relationship, start giving more of it yourself. (Dr. Phil says that.) Hope that helps. Communication by far is the best medicine.
