Default Masterbation side effects

hi.
I am not good in clearly expressing my problem with masterbation. so hope some one will help me with this.

I am 25 fe. Wish I dint have the strong desire to masterbate but i do 2 time a day or may be 2 times a week depending on how i am able to control.
The reason i dont want to master bate is that i feel my brain function is affected after doing this. it feels so relaxing the moment i do it. but after a minute i can feel my brain sort of becoming numb and my speech, memory, and intellectual thinking all getting affected. it feels stressed too. This last for at least three four days and i sort of feel with no stress but my memory gets worse day by day. i am not able to remeber wht some one just said. is tis a sign of anythign serious? can some one help me to understand what my problem is and give me any solution to get rid of this prob.

That's a new one on me... I don't think it's the masturbation causing it.. I think it's somehting else you need to see a doctor about. It's a possibilty that the endorphins released after you finish are giving you an "over load" but I doubt it.. I masturbate A LOT and the only side affect I have had is tennis elbow....lol

Let's see, you are a 25 year old woman, you wish you didn't, but you masterbate anywhere from 2 times a day to 2 times a week? Your concern is that you think your memory and intelligence are affected and you are stressed about it?

It sounds like you have a pretty normal sex drive (assuming I'm normal. a couple times a day is about right) masterbation is perfectly normal and really good way to get to know your body and relieve stress! BUT if you feel guilt about it or bad about it (and it sounds like you do) then your stress about that may be causing you some trouble. There really is not physical way that masterbating or having an orgasm should cause any of the problems you describe. Men do get a chemical rush that will put them to sleep sometimes (especially as they get older) but women react differently. For myself I'm either very relaxed or super charged with a burst of energy depending on circumstances.

JustAman offered a good suggestion, go see your doctor, maybe get some blood work done? You could have a vitamin deficeincy or something causing this. Don't worry about your sex drive, masterbating is a good way to keep yourself happy with or without a man.

I agree that masturbation is likely not to blame for this. I use to know someone that said they'd get headaches after orgasm. Alot of your blood supply leaves your brain and goes elsewhere.. I know I myself get lightheaded. I think the idea of going to your dr. is a good one. Low blood pressure, anemia , anything like that - they'd be able to check to see whats going on.

thanks for replying. i am aware that different ppl experience differently.
In my case, I know that it is happening only after i masterbate, i am sure, it is maturbation that is causing this. I used to be really good in math and those were the days i controlled masturbation for a personal wow . and then i broke that and kept doing it now and then. to see, even to think of some addition mentally i am not able to do for this side effect i have. i know its getting worse over the time...

nope i am not stressed about the fact that i masterbated. its just the sideeffects make my head feel overloaded wiht some thing i ahve no idea, and feels stressed. besides, i have a terrible shakyness in my hand after masterbating, that i am embarrased to lift a cup of coffe and drink in front of others coz, i spil it coz of the tremor i have.
I dont have a doctor to find out these. also i am living in a hostel and can go to health center in college, but feel embarrased to talk about this out there. hope some one here more knowledegable and have similar expereince respond to me. thanks in advance

well, to tell the truth, this sounds like it could be similar to a blood sugar problem. It sounds like the way I feel when my blood sugar goes out of whack from not eating well, or waiting too long to eat, or EVEN exercising too hard when my diet has not been what it should be. Now I am willing to bet that the exercising stresses the body in similar ways to sexual activity.

So, do you experinece these symptons at other times? Do you exercise intensely and if so, when you do, do you have these symptons? I suppose if you did you would have already made a correlation on your own.

I would agree with others... I think you need some blood work done. It's probably something that can easily be corrected and no big deal, but it is a big deal if it goes left untreated.... You don't want to lose you desire to masturbate!! God know's I wouldn't.

well, i do have problems just like u said. if i waited too long till i got hungry, then i get this terrible state where no matter how much i eat later i am fatigue, if that is a correct term to use here, or out of energy with more tremor and feel as if my brain not energised. but i get back to normal in a day thoough. but i dont exercise intensively. i would only do cycling for half an hour or swimming one hour once in a blue moon. but never felt any of this symptoms of tremor or fatigue or stress after that. this could be that my exercise is not as intense as masteerbation .
masterbation causes some what the same symtoms as when i dint eat on time., but the effects last for three or four days, feeling little tremor in hand, head feeling numb, not able to think properly , becomg absent minded too.
