When you do three sets of 30 (with a 15 second rest between sets) and your muscles get fatigued at the end of the last set you need to move to the next level. There should have been instructions with it. The Orgasm Loop recommends several methods of doing kegels and for power kegels recommends using the kegel master with a 10 second hold followed by a 10 second rest repeated 60 times over a 20 minute time period, twice a day for 6 - 8 weeks. Believe me when you get up to 3 springs that really works the pc!
