    Default Kegel Excerices Workaround !

    Hi Guys

I am finding it a bit difficult to do the kegels via tracing pelvic muscle etc. Is there any other workaround like phydical excercise which automatically work as an alternative ?

    Thanks in Advance !

I have found that lunges holding small weights and also squats and dead lifts help...The dead lifts not so much by themselves but together it helps...

I think anything that works your core very well might help with the pelvic floor muscles to some degree: squats, very much so, planks, even crunches (done well, with serious contraction). Perhaps even plyos. Swiming works your core; a spinning class done with correct form and good concentration will work your entire core; same with kickbocking. But I can't help that think that the kegels will give the best direct results. What is the problem exactly you are having with the kegels? Is it identifying what muscles to contract, or is it that you've been doing them without much success?

its with identifying with muscles. I am not sure if i can even do it right or not a bit lacking with confidence to move on. I am trying to do swimming which might give some strength if not fully with exact way of doing Kegel

In order to get the benefit from swimming, you will have to concentrate on contracting your core, and to move from your core, while you swim.

Identifying the pelvic floor muscles should be easy, and if you've read about kegels, you know it....the same muscles used to stop the flow of urine. Or, insert a few fingers, and squeeze to exert pressure on those fingers. There. You've found them.

I'm recommending new book I got all over the place here. The Orgasm Loop, gives good instructions for effective kegels for women and men as well as how to get more out of a kegel master. It also gives other exersizes strengthen the pelvic region and improve orgasm and sex. It's absolutely worth the price (which wasn't much really)

Exersizes for the PC muscles. Affects vaginal 'tightness', can help or eliminate incontinence, good for men too. You can do a search and get instructions

DH used the Plevixser-M after some surgery. He was "leaking" and his Doctor said after he was healed up this type of thing would help him *And it did!

I do mine the old fashioned way. He did tell me that he "thought" he was doing them right until he got the Plevixser then he did them right.
