It may not be that he is a prude, but simply inexperienced in a long term sexual relationship. Approve of him where he's at now and in a loving way let him know you want more in your sex life with him. Take time to learn about your own body and give yourself all the orgasm you want, so you are not desperate feeling to him. Look into some sex education books or videos, and be willing to learn together. This is a process that can leat the rest of your lives, so you don't need to be in a hurry. A great sex life is build piece by piece, and communication is the key.

It was always like this as far as I can remember. As for whether I have changed I don't think so, not in a major way. If anything I have gotten more comfortable and "used" to the way we have sex and am looking for something more. It is not that I was ever uncomfortable being touched down there as I have enjoyed that type of contact with other guys (before I got with my hubby)

Oh and I asked him straight out today whether he had an aversion to getting his hands dirty and he said no. So maybe I will just outright ask for what I want. Things have gotten a bit better though. We ended up watching a show, something like a talk show, about sex and such and it got a bit of dialogue going. Anyway we are trying to be good since he dislikes condoms and I am not on BC yet and I have stopped breastfeeding since our daughter was born 3 months ago. I could not get an appt with my doc. until the end of this month. We don't want anymore kids right now, we can't pay for the ones we have!
