Stop posting the same thread over and over, it's against our rules and won't cause anybody to help you.
Read the FAQ: http://www.womens-health.com/boards/...e-posting.html Double-bagging condoms makes it MORE likely they'll break. Anything can cause your period to be late, especially stress. Inform yourself so that you don't have to go crazy every month. |

Here's a little trick to get your period started. Make yourself a nice cup of tea, add 3 or 4 slices of fresh ginger root and let it steep for 10 mins then drink it. This can work so fast that you may have results within an hour.
Then call and make an appointment to get yourself on birth control. If you don't have frequent sex a diaphram might be a good choice since they don't involve a bunch of hormones added to your body. Calm down, do some meditation. I'm curious why 2 condoms? Most men seem to have trouble cumming with one. |

Relax. and calm down. If you are going to be having sex then I agree with Little... you need to get informed. Do some online research about the fertility cycle. You need to know how long your usual cycle is and when you were fertile to determine whether you could be pregnant. The research might help you relax too. The more you wind yourself up, the less likely you are to get your period. If you are still REALLY worried then call your doctor, go in, get yourself some protection and have the doctor explain all about when you can and can't get pregnant. But most of all RELAX!
oh and most home pregnancy tests these days are sensitive enough to detect a pregnancy before you even miss a period. You could always go to a drug store and purchase one to make sure... especially since you said your period was late. |

*inhale* *exhale* Breathe, OK. Chill-out hoss. Hyperventilating isn't going to help you. Go to the drug store and buy some pregnancy tests. They're cheap, get a few and use one a day. You're probably NOT pregnant and stressing yourself isn't helping. In the future. *birth control is your friend. The pill is good, they have multi-month shots now, and even lil' plastic wishbones that your OB/GYN can install that'll work pretty good and lasts a few years and your doctor can remove at any time if you want to have kids, or if the device is causing you irritation (which can happen rarely). Condoms of course have a long & noble history. Use one, be sure to use a lubricant that is safe for condoms (many silicon lubes are not good for condoms, but work great with sex toys, hands, or any other penetrative devices that don't need a condom). Like Little said, Wearing two or more condoms actually makes them more likely to break, a side effect of friction. Genital piercings can cause condom failure (more likely with men's piercings), and you want to change condoms every time he uses a new orifice, anal & vaginal with the same condom is a big No-No. Most people don't really use condoms for oral sex, but if you do, do yourself a favor and get flavored condoms. I was able to get a twelve pack at the drug store for about $10 (Durex® Tropical if you're curious). |

Being overly stressed will delay your period.
You need to relax, maybe get a massage. I've missed one completely due to stress.. but I wasn't pregnant. If you're really concerned, EPT is simple and pretty accurate. All you have to do is pee. |
