Nope - never masturbated. What would my husband think?????? I very rarely have an orgasm. No question is too much - I need help. That is why I think I need something that will help me "get in the mood". Enhancers to make me more horny or sensitive to his touch.

Masturbation is not a bad thing - if you can teach yourself to enjoy sexual stimulation, whether you get to orgasm or not, then the thought of it will make you horny and you will want it. Try touching yourself in the shower or bath. Rub your clitoris and see how it feels - don't expect to achieve anything earth shattering - just see how you can make yourself feel. Try different speeds and pressures.

When was the last time you felt horny and what was it that turned you on? Do you have a fantasy figure that turns you on? (an attractive celebrity, someone whose looks appeal?) Do you feel horny when you think about someone like that kissing or touching you?

Erotic fiction might be better than porn - with porn you never really know what you are getting unless you are an expert at sifting through it online. It might be more of a turn off for you if it's something you haven't dabbled in before. Try a web search for 'erotica'. You'll find sites with free erotic fiction ordered by category - you can dip in, have a read, if you don't like it go to look elsewhere. A much gentler introduction. If you find something you really like maybe tell your husband about it and see if it tickles his fancy too.
