I really enjoy orgasming. The problem is I can only usually achieve them while doing crunches. Yes, stomach crunches. Some types do it better than others, but nearly all kinds, if I do them long enough, will do the trick.
First, I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. I'm 25, work out a decent amount, and this has been happening for awhile. I used to find it quite novel and felt like I was blessed with a body that would give me a real incentive to keep my stomach flat But more recently it has been frustrating me as it's beginning to affect my sex life.I haven't had much sex in my life until recently, and now I'm dating someone that I really like and would really like to enjoy sex with. The problem is that it's nearly impossible for me to orgasm without doing crunches. I don't know if it's the way my legs are positioned while I'm doing them or the way my clothes are touching down there, but I'm clearly made differently than other women! I have masturbated successfully by just touching myself but it takes me a REALLY long time and I feel like I could never get my partner to replicate the strokes and speed needed to get me to orgasm. And that's just by touching me. When it comes to sex, it feels OK but not great, and I feel like I'd never be able to orgasm that way. I also feel like it's harder for me to get myself to orgasm if say, I did crunches, and orgasmed that day or the day before. Am I all alone here or is there someone else that might have similar anatomy to me and could offer some tips on what might be pleasurable? Sorry for the weird post, I just feel like it's time that I need to tell someone this and see if there's any hope for me. Thanks so much in advance for your help. |

Well never heard of this particular limitation but you can train yourself to cum with a variety of stimulations. Get the book, Extended Massive Orgasm, the explain how your body can come to orgasm with stimulation to virtually any part, some women can cum without even being touched. You should be able to retrain yourself. Another source you may find uselfull is the Orgasm Loop. Bood Luck and keep doing those crunches!

I am twice your age, still very fit and I can and do cum sitting at a table drinking coffee or such. I work very hard on my pelvic floor muscles for at least 30 mins a day so that must help, so there you go, keep it up!

hi!
i dont think you are the only one. about a year ago i started going to te gym and all i as doing was running. at that time i dint know how or what an orgasm felt like well let me tell you... i was running in the tread mill and i started to feel really weird soemthing i had never felt before and i noticed that the faster i ran the better it felt. after a few minutes i couldnt take it no more and i went outside and called my gay room mate and explain what was happening. he told he i was having an orgasm. i was really nervouse to go back to the gym b/c having an orgasm my 1st orgasm at the gym was very intimate and it was at a public place so i decided to workout at home. it still happens everytime i run so i think its normal lol i dont know why but i dont see anything wrong with it. |

Thank you B D and guess what I am 50 next year. I have turned my sex life around and my health overall for that matter. I started to work VERY hard on my sexual health and organs when started peri menopause symptoms. I have gone from the situation of the rare orgasm by clit stimulation to at least 4 a day and G spot ones as well and I had no idea what they even were 3 years ago. I now have such control on my pelvic muscles that by contracting any time them I can stimulate myself to orgasm no hands or other body parts needed thats the only way I can explain it. I am very fit and work out up to ten hours a week but boy its like some ones turned my lights on. The more I orgasm it just gets easer and stronger.
