I also have problems with urinary track infections, and always have. It looks like you do exactly what I do for the most part. I take cranberry supplements, drink pleanty of water, and pee immediately after intercourse. Another couple things I reccomend is to pee prior to sex, also shave all pubic hair bald, and take garlic supplemental tablets. Pubic hair tends to retain bateria that remains even after urination and can rub off unto the urethra and still cause infections. Garlic tablets are often used for people with high colesteol, but garlic also has antibaterial properties. I am alergic to antibiotics produced by man, so I had to resort to herbal remmedies for my bacterial issues. They work very well, actually. Also, NEVER have vaginal intercource until the UTI is completely gone or else it won't even have time to heal.
For those of us who have reoccurring UTIs, we just have to learn ways to improve our own health overall. Please speak to your doctor if you can, if the problem persists. It may have a link to a STD. You may also have to take a low-grade antibiotic, but this isn't reccomended because your body will become immune very quickly.
