please help to get my husband to have sex with me and keep him having sex with me!i need sex in my life! please help to find ways to spice my sex life up!

try talking to your husband and find out what is making him not want sex. It is a shock, but some males are not sex crazed feins. My husband is one of those few and from experience putting more stress on the process makes it happen less.

We got our sex life on track by playing a little game (you both have to agree). One month when ever you want to have sex he has to oblige...then the next month when ever he wants sex you have to obige. It worked for us because he didn't want to lose and have less times in his month. After a few months of this you get into a sexual grove and you both start to want it equally. Just don't get frusterated. For some people sex is one of those if you don't use it you loose it. if you don't do it very often, your labido goes way down and you don't really crave it. Good luck

First it is probably you....I know it was me until I got my s**t together...Start going to bed naked and have him naked too....During the night start playing with him....Suck him good and get him hard...Climb on him when he is hard and ride that bronch...Lean over him and put one of your nipples in his mouth....Works great.....One more thing...There is nothing better than morning sex....A man is so big and hard and wonderful and I am getting horny so I am going to bed.....Much luck...Caroline

It may not be her. I think some men loose interest i sex the same way some women do. There may be nothing magic she can to. If I were the man, all the things you suggest would work - but wouldn't be needed. I already am happy to have sex with my wife whenever she wants.

It is easy for the neglected partner to feel it is somehow their fault. That they are unattractive, or are "bad in bed". The more I read these forums though, I realize that a fair number of people just don't want sex, and there is nothign their partners can do about it.
