Exclamation confused

I've been with my boyfriend for over 6 months now and he is not at all interested in sex. We maybe have sex once a week, if that. When I talk to him about it he gets really awkward and upset and apologizes that he's "not sexual enough for me".

In my past relationships I'd have sex at least 3 times a week, so this is starting to get really hard for me to accept. I thought maybe he was just shy at first - but it's been about 6 months now and I know when we do have sex that he enjoys it. Is this relationship going to work - I'm crazy about him so I'll do anything, even if that means I'll just have to accept it.

Am I missing something????

Default Every thing is Normal

Sex might not be very important to him, he
may have a low sex drive, etc. If sex is
the centre of your universe, well, he's not
the man for you.

Do you think that he may have a guilty conscience? If the guy was raised up to believe that a woman shouldn't be touched until wed- he may just be feeling guilty. If not- there could be a variety of different things affecting him- stress, family issues, low libido, depression, etc... If you can get him to talk to you, you may be able to figure out what gives.

Default The Extreme Unimportance of Sex

I can list women who have out of this world sexual
relations with the abusive pig they married.

It is better to live in platonic bliss with a true
friend, then in orgy with a pig.
