Red face Hmmm.

Ok, so here it goes...

After reading some of the posts here, I'm sure I'm the only one with this problem.. so, I will just have to roll with this haha! I am currently still a virgin. I have tried two times now.. to have sex with my boyfriend.. and it's just been a no go. Partly because he was afraid of hurting me.. and probably because I was a bit nervous.. but overall.. I was rather relaxed and ready! Foreplay was not a problem, we covered that! However!! I will openly admit that I have had a gag gift sitting in my closet that a girlfriend gave to me.. since she is always teasing me about the fact that I'm not getting any haha. And as time has gone by... my curiosity has only naturally grown more and more! So.. what the ... I finally took it upon myself to see what was up. This dildo is exactly 5" lengthwise and 5" in circumference. Going at my own pace.. and using lubricant, I was able to get past the little bit of discomfort... I was able to work with it just fine. A bit sore after, but perfectly fine.

So.. now that I have spilled my life story.. my query! After using the toy from time to time.. will it help to make sex easier?! And after using it... I thought I might have bled a little bit (like most women do), but I did not.. at all! Could that all change when I finally have sex with my boyfriend?

If you got all 5 inches all the way in, theres probably a good chance you lost your hymen is no longer in tact (the painful part of losing your virginity is when that tears). Some women have an easier time with their hymens than others, vigorous excersise can even tear it, tampon usage, fingering.. etc.. could have just loosened it up over time. If you can comfortably use a 5 inch dildo I don't think you will have a painful experience with your boyfriend unless you are not lubricated when he enters.

Yeah, true. Well, I know that my hymen has not been intact for some time. I'm a dancer, so I'm pretty sure that took care of that haha. But yeah.. thanks for responding!

The more you know about yourself and the more you can guide your boyfriend on what feels good and what doesn't, the better sex will be for both of you. Good luck and have fun!

I think the whole, "losing your virginity hurts like " is a bit silly. Perhaps it would if say your boyfriend has a rather large penis. And don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are plenty of women out there who might just have tight vaginas, or lose it at a young age, or whatever which may enhance the pain. But I personally think that alot of women get anxious, worried, even afraid of sex because they are in that mind-frame - but its not necessarily the case. Mind over matter, I say.

Anyway, I had to try a couple of times with my boyfriend to get it in properly, simply because it was a foreign... visitor? lol. I had a tiny bit of entrance pain, but then after that it was fine. No blood either. I think the thing about women bleeding on their first time is a bit silly too. Most women's hymens are broken during exercise or by inserting a tampon, generally not long after they've gone through puberty. Anyway, the sex was good because we both took it slow and he was really lovely about everything and made sure I was comfortable. Try not to pull any pained faces if it does hurt at all, lol, might scare him off. Just take it slow and make sure he's patient.

Good luck.

Agreed! I think that most girls are nervous... or expect it to be so over the top and painful... that they set themselves up. But all was well in that department haha. All will be perfectly fine I'm sure.. I'm just a curious little one haha! And yes.. note to remember.. no weird faces haha. Got that covered! Thanks for the tips and kind wishes!

Hmm..not to completely disagree as I'm sure there are women for whom it's not a big deal but bleeding and pain can and does happen to some.

I was a virgin when my DH and I married (I was 28). We tried on the wedding night and I just clenched and my legs started shaking and I winced and he was only in a little. To make a long story short it was almost 3 days before he finally got all the way inside me and the bleeding and pain stopped. My hymen was still intact until the third day. So yes, some may not have that pain or blood but I for one did and feel there are probably some that experience the same thing.
