Severe premature ejaculation

Hi

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 2 years and need some advice.

He penis is uncircumcised and he ejaculates very quickly. It has turned into a serious problem for us. He is in his late 20's.

As soon as he gets a full erection I prefer to pull his foreskin back all the way. (personal preference)

As soon as I have his foreskin pulled between half way back and all the way back he will usually start ejaculating. ( less than 2 seconds) Other times once I have pulled it all the way back he can last about 1-2 minutes as long as the foreskin doesnt slide up and down over the head.

He also gets smegma build up on the head of his penis , which more recently has forced me to give him handjobs with his foreskin left up. (for hygeine reasons) I dont like the way it feels or looks with it up, but its cleaner for me and he is able to last closer to a minute this way. Again if the foreskin slips even half way back he starts ejaculating.

It seems the only way I can get him to last a few minutes is to pull his foreskin and shaft skin back very tightly with one hand so it doesnt move... like how tight it normally is on a circumsized penis. (All my previous boyfreinds and partners were Circumcised)

I have never seen a problem like this before... especially not this bad

I am only guessing that there is not much sex? So he can't get used to learning... taking time?

You have to give us more detail over those 2 years, like has it always been the same from day dot? Or just started?

Well I have heard of un-circumcised having crusty endings so to speak but only due to hygiene. So he has a problem there... And I can understand your reluctance to do anything other than with your hands..

This is something he has to correct and quickly for himself but also gee, he's in a relationship that's horrid to view/see/etc...

2 years and an errection prob 2 mins? I have no idea,but let others wake up, they are sleeping and answer that part tomorrow...

I can't see "other than excitement" but 2 years on?

Weird...

I have never heard of such a thing...I know that my bf would come very quickly at first but it got better as time went by but never like 2 secs or anything like that...

Was this guy sexually active before you?

Does he masturbate? Does he know himself sexually? Is he from a different culture? Just throwing things out there?

What exactly is smegma...i've heard of it, but I've never seen puss looking stuff on my penis.

Few things:

1. Have you talked to him about this, or does he think everything is fine?

2. Do you two have intercourse? Is it any different then?

3. This is seemingly very selfish on his part...it doesn't seem like he recognizes the problem or wants to fix it. Men can tell when they are about to enter the point of no return. If i'm about to and the woman isn't done, I adjust accordingly. Sure there has been a time or two...

4. He needs to clean himself better. I'm not sure what the conditions are for smegma, but if its there and you don't like it, he needs to address it.

I think maybe he should see a doctor. This sounds like much more than being circumcised or not.

Smegma is a perfectly normal secretion, you can read up on it. He should do kegles, again you can do a search and get instructions for men. This strengthens the pc muscles and gives men more control. There are devices for men to make them more effective.

Having him masterbate before the two of you have sex will slow him down. Using a condom should slow him down. No doubt the gentlemen here can offer some tips for developing self control.

yeah its pretty quick but i think it has alot to do with him being uncircumcised. As soon as the foreskin starts moving he ejaculates.

He did have phimosis up until a few years ago, it was treated with a small incision and removal of his frenulum. The head of his penis is pretty sensitive still.
I think that if he got circumcised he would be less sensitive.

I seem to be stuck here today, but im not sure if this will work for you you are saying that he lets fly within a few seconds, if you are horny enough as a male you can have an orgasm so long as it is not inside you can go for alot longer maybe what you should try is to rev him right up let him have an orgasm then get into it but you cant muck around he has to give it to you like he means it and within a few seconds of having an orgasm he needs to be inside you just aim for his second third or fourth orgasm obviously pulling out everytime
