there is a really cool way to get him rocking that should mees you up to much. you would prob know about the male g spot just under the head of his penis roughly from the ring around his penis to the head on the front side just gently such on this region like you are giving a gentle love bit and occassionaly take him in your mouth and then go back that spot. solution is same as what other say ::: use both your hand and mouth.
in my opinion do not make anything hard for you, i believe your husband also do not mind if you use both your hands and mouth in giving blow job.

Wow. I don't understand what kind of infection you and your hubby fear could happen in the mouth that CAN'T happen to your genitals? Other than herpes (which could be , of course transmitted via vaginal intercourse), I can't think of a single thing.
It's perfectly fine your you and your husband to not want to practice oral sex, to each their own. But is a true shame if you guys want to but don't because of irrational fears.

Keep your thumbs together so when you stroke up you gently rub over the base of his head.
