Thread: To shave or not to shave? Need a woman's opinion...

Not down there (although I do already), but rather my chest.

I'm thinking of doing a bit of "manscaping" and getting rid of my chest hair as a surprise for my wife. I'm not overly hirsute to start with, but thought she might find it sexy.

Your opinions, ladies? Pros? Cons?

As a 46 year old woman's opinion - Yes. Shave - I would think it is sexy. Hair on my husbands chest tickles my nose!!

sorry i cant help myself i know you said you wanted a females opinion but from another male I have a hairy chest and I did what you are thinking about doing and i got the reverse she loves the hair on my chest and was quite disappointed I shaved it off

All women are different. Try it. If she doesn't like it, it'll grow back. :-)

I like the hair on my husband's chest, but hey, give it a try. I mean, why not??

-wrinkles nose- Shaving it makes it prickly. My SO shaves his chest hair on occasion, and it's fine for a day or so. After that I hate it. It's no fun to lay your head on a chest that's going to leave marks. If she doesn't seem super in love with your chest hair though, I'd say go for it.

My husband is really hairy all over apart from around his knob and sack as he shaves down there, but as for his chest id have a fit if he shaved his chest hair off!! as i love him hairy best to ask your wife she may love you hairy

I shave my chest and use nair my back.

She tells me not to do it, but I feel better if I do.

I looked into electrolosys, but thrice weekly over 18 months of treatment wasn't my cup of tea.

when you shave it gets all prickly too quick, and it is uncomfortable to lay your face on. I always hated chest hair, until my previous ex, he shaved a couple times but i always liked it better when he had it. maybe try waxing...? won't grow back as quick.
