I really enjoy sex with my hubby weather I orgasm or not but it seems I can only orgasm when on top, I guess it has something to do with my clit rubbing on him, I have always tried to have one in different positions but it has never happened. I guess some of us are just wired differently. I guess it would become somewhat routine but if we lets say always started missionary, then doggy, then me on top but we always change it up.
