How to avoid gag reflex?

My partner is quite well endowed. He's circumcised and has quite a large head... while this makes sex great when I'm trying to give a decent blow-job I struggle to deep throat, or even get a good way down at all. I tried angling my head different ways but no luck so far. Any tips/advice?

First of all practice... You will get used to his size.
Seccond, He knows how big he is. you can use your tongue and hands to make it enjoyable for the 2 of you. You can oly do what you are physically capable of.
Be confident and talk with your guy. I don't think he would want you gagging. As long as what you are doing feels good for you both then go with it.

You can only take as much as you can...

My suggestions... practice and you have to completely relax your throat. If you are thinking too hard about how deep you can take him more than likely you aren't very relaxed. Don't worry about it, take what you can and use your hands and mouth in other ways to blow his mind.

There is a book called Tickle His Pickle! Your Hands-on Guide to Penis Pleasing by Sadie Allison. The book itself is pretty funny but gives some good advice.

We're both fairly open about it, he knows I've had troubles and says he doesn't mind. He just loves that I try anyways. But yeah thanks for the tips. It's pretty much what I've been doing but I might try and take the relaxing the throat tip a little further. Thank you!

It's all mind over matter. I had trouble deep throating for a while, and still have the occasional mess up, you just have to ignore it and get back in the game!

I know for sure it's a mind over matter issue when I was, well...on shrooms. Haha! I'm a bad kid, I know. Anyway, when I was giving Sean, my bf, head I didn't gag once, and deep throating wasn't a problem at all. I knew what I was doing, could feel his penis on the back of my throat, but it didn't matter. It was very nice.
Practice, as everyone else as said, makes perfect! ^ ^
