Red face really not feeling it lately.....

HI all,
looking for advice here; lately (the last few months) I really have had no desire to have sex w/my husband. I don't know what it is and at this point I feel like when we do have sex, its just for him. Don't get me wrong, he tries to help and make it pleasurable for me~ I just don't want it. We have an excellent relationship, we are both professionals and have been married for 17 years. I'm not sure what else to tell or share...I'm looking for advice for myself. I'm looking for a magic pill to make me horny I suppose--really, being facetious there. But any help appreciated. Thanks!

Are you ever aroused?

Or is it specifically him that you don't find arousing anymore? Is it because he doesn't try and please you?

Assuming there are no underlying issues and if its a chronic thing, go to the doc. Get a blood test done. See what your testosterone values are at.

Ask the doc about testosterone.

I've seen firsthand the benefits testosterone supplements can provide for couples. It's absolutely worth checking into.

Good luck to you!

hey thanks for the advice. He does try; sometimes too hard. But I feel like we're in a rut of sorts almost like we're too comfy at this point. I'll look into your suggestion though. thanks again.

If that's the case try something totally new. Indulge in some fantasy with him that you guys have never explored before. Maybe you just need to bring some excitment back.

Yes try something new, or watch some porn, it works for me. Maybe he needs to be more passionate.
