Sore sex :S

Hey

Ok so a few weeks ago I had sex with my boyfriend and during foreplay he tried to put all his fingers inside me (with lube) then we had sex. The next day I felt really itchy down there and sore and it did so for just over a week.
Now its stopped being itchy but when i try to have sex it feels sore and kind of spikey inside my vagina and around it too

Anyone have any idea what this is?

Help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you pulled your PC (pubococcygeus) muscles. Not an uncommon side effect to fisting or oversized toys. You should be fine with rest, if after 10 days you don't feel any better consult your OB/GYN.

Stretching: The trick of stretching is that you have to start well ahead of time. For beginners this means days. Start small, use lube, and gradually increase size. Investing in a quality speculum is a good idea.

PS: Same idea for anal play. Lube, stretch, repeat. You can order a set of rectal dilators from several different discreet websites.
