A few years ago my wife decided to get breast implants. No, I was not a fan of this, still not, but it was a big insecurity for her as she was a 32AA and now like a 34C or D. Quite frankly I don't understand why women put themselves thru this. She's had to have both implants replaced due to scar tissue and had a great deal of pain, but she's happy with them now, so i'm happy for her. But, if we could go booby shopping for her, I would hands down settle for a nice average set of slightly saggy real ones. Big fake boobs are too hard and too perky for my taste. The upside... since the surgery she has constant erect nipples which get my motor running if she doesn't wear a bra and they are so sensitive that I can easily make her orgasm with a little skillful tongue work. Now if I could figure out how to do missionary with her legs on my shoulders and still manage to suck her nipples....I think she might actually explode, LOL...

I think I'm afraind of this thread now.
Anyway, I think my main thing was,
You may love someone, and all of the above.
But, it's never guaranteed that you'll love
EVERY single part of their body, and EVERY single
    Part of ther personality.
I think that's were most of the insecurity about certain
    Aspects of oneself comes in.
That's a majority of the reason I asked.
One guy might like love you for everything about you except for one
Small thing, but of course they'll get over it if it's true love.
But there still seems to be that part of you that makes you want to make
Yourself perfect for them, or something like that ^^''
But yeah. Some of my thoughts.. I rambled on.. Sorry [:

What is the purpose of my life?
Is there really a reason for me to be here?
Why does it seem like my existence is meaningless?
Who is going to save me and give me the answers I need?
How can I leave this wretched place?
When will I be able to escape this h3ll?
    Which way is the exist?
Where is this supposed light I'm to see?

I think a lot of the people who are hung up on size (I prefer this long of a penis, I prefer this breast size, etc) are those who don't at that time have a partner. Don't you think? Growing up, I imagined my ideal man to have longish dark hair and green eyes, and as soon as I met someone I was into, those sort of trivialities completely flew out the window.

I used to be really insecure about my breast size (I'm about a 36B if not slightly smaller), and it was pretty much ALL due to the media. Whereas every guy I've been with has LOVED them.

As for nipple sensitivity, awww booooo, I'm one of those people whose nipples are not sensitive at all... I love having my breasts played with more for the visual value than any sensations I get from it. But it's all good!

I'm a 40D. I asked my guy if he ever noticed or cared about nipples after 1 of the comments. His reply was a major yes (he's just 1 person). He finds giant nipples gross, regardless of breast size, a coffee cup saucer a turn off for him. I love having mine sucked on and my nipples lightly pinched. That and gently squeezing them gets juices flowing in seconds. There seem to be dozens of nipple shapes, as well as how they appear when hard. Considering how how often and much time he spends with mine in his mouth I assume he likes them as is. First time I showed him I could touch mine with the tip of my tongue he fell on the floor trying to get his pants off to fast. He loves to see them bounce when I'm on top, can't help but sit up and suck on them for a few minutes till I push him back down. Not sure what are considered big breasts, but mine are a lot more than any of his previous partners. Took till the 3rd bra he bought that was to small I couldn't return as he "lost" the sales slip till I figured out he just liked seeing them "overflow" in a size smaller.

I'm with Tex and WC on this. There's so many things one can worry about regarding their self image but in the end it really doesn't/shouldn't matter. We are successful as a species primarily because of our diversity which enables us to survive in various places on the planet and adapt quickly as needed. It reminds me of a quote I saw once on an Irish "worry stone."

In life there are two things to worry about, whether you're well or sick.
If you're well then there's nothing to worry about and if you're sick then there's two things to worry about, whether you live or whether you die.
If you live then there's nothing to worry about and if you die then there's two things to worry about, whether you go UP or whether you go DOWN.
If you go up then there's nothing to worry about...
...and if you go down then you'll be so busy shaking hands with old friends you won't have time to worry!
Do not dwell in the past,
do not dream of the future,
concentrate the mind on the present moment.

It's really funny because I've had issues with my breast size too. Not to the point where I'd want to get them done though... too much pain and recovery for that. Plus I don't like how fake ones look. Every guy I've dated said they were fine (I was always at about a 34B) and I'd always be like "I know, but if they were just a liiiittle bit bigger, like a low C, then they'd be perfect."

Then I went back on the Pill a few months ago and they went right up to a 34C. I was psyched hahaha.

And Miya, I LOVE that quote!

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct
    You're standing on my neck....

The size and the colour varies a lot between women. Also the way nipples erect seems to be different.
Most women hate or dislike something about their breasts but they are kinda lovely, aren't they ?
