Every woman is different. Some women can't orgasm through intercourse at all and some need to be stimulated in a certain position or a certain angle.

Being open to communication and experimentation are key and you also have to read her body language to see what she likes best.

That's why some well endowed guys are worse lovers because they think size is the end all be all and they can get away with just slamming around aimlessly for a few minutes.
