Yes, sex leads eventually to pregnancy which leads eventually to larger hips naturally, but condoms don't.
And, her saying that regarding periods is probably her take on it.. Off course not, it's a case of individuality when it comes to cramps hun..
I would though now consider going on birth control because they assist in easing cramps during periods, plus it helps ensure that you don't get pregnant and is a back up for the condom.
