Default Orgasm during defication

Hello, I am a first time poster but have been reading for some time. I have a very odd situation that I've not yet asked by OB-GYN about. In the past three months every time I use the restroom to defecate I have an orgasm. This happens at work while using the restroom as well and needless to say it is quite distracting and a nuisance. I am 34 years old, two children, married. I've never experienced something like this before but I have read where others may be in a similar situation. Honestly, it's embarrassing for me to even mention this and I have not told my husband or my OB-GYN.

I had considered trying numbing ointments to see if they help, but I'm not really sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated.

I know it's embrassing, but I think you should ask your doctor. Obviously some sort of signals are getting crossed. You said this is a new thing? Did anything change physically? Did you have a baby?

I'd go with it.

It's most likely a combination of mental and physical stimulation. There probably isn't much you, or a Dr. for that matter, can do about it. It may go away on it's own.

In the meantime, I'd let your husband know. There is nothing shameful about this, and I'm sure he'd find it rather curious. Maybe, if you are open to it, experiment with some anal play and see if you can get the same results in the bedroom.

Good luck.

I think I would definitely discuss that with my doc. Its obviously nothing to worry about at this point, but if something is changing that could be a big sign. Might want to keep an eye on it.

the doctor would probably be clueless. Have you Googled this?

Thanks everyone for the replies, I'm not so sure I want my husband anywhere near my rear end so the anal play would be out of the question. Honestly, it's a little sinful. I'm not sure what my husbands reaction would be to something like this. As for recent children, no, nothing new. I've got a 8 month old and a 4 year old.

Also, I think sodomy is illegal here.

Hit or miss on the Googling. Not sure I want to go with it either, it's not something that I look forward to.

I'm not being quite honest here and it's not fair to everyone here. This all seemed to start after an affair I had, is it possible this is symptomatic of a neurological STD?

We're not qualified to diagnose your situation if its a serious as you think- especially so when you haven't been up front with us.

I'd get into the OB-gyn as quick as possible. Get tested for everything. HPV as well.

After that, I'd think about what caused you to cheat on your husband and work to fix it....if you and he are of course willing.

Best of luck.

OTYA is correct, you're asking us to do something that we can't stand behind. Once again, see your doctor. That's the first place to start.

i recently had the same thing when i peed, a very slow, intense orgasm.. i saw my gp and she said it was a symptom of a UTI. i had to go to the toilet like twenty times a day cos it would hit me mid flow so i tensed up so much i couldn't finish!

i can't imagine an orgasm through bowel movements is nothing to worry about, i'd see your doctor asap. if you have an infection it will only get worse (though it's nice having all those orgasms lol, i found myself putting off making an appointment til i noticed blood and started getting sick :-S)

Good luck
