Default Natural Lubrication

My body never produces any lubrication. I have been with the same man for over 4 years and couldn't love him more or be more attracted to him. I don't understand why I never become "wet". I've had to use lubracations such as KY. Do I have to do this my whole life or is there something that can be done?

According to WebMD: Vaginal dryness can often be caused by deficiency of the female hormone estrogen. Other causes are certain medications, hypothyroidism, certain skin conditions or vaginitis. You might want to see a doctor to make sure there is not an underlying medical condition causing your vaginal dryness.

In the meantime, KY makes a wonderfully effective but pricey product called "beads" of some sort (I forget the correct name) that feels just like natural lubrication.

Your body's general state of hydration also plays a part.

Americans are chronically dehydrated as a whole.

We all should be drinking 8-10 tall glasses of water a day.

Start there. It may help. But get used to using the bathroom a lot.
