Sex Drive
hey, i've been on microgynon 30 for about half a year now and ive noticed a dramatic decrease in my sex drive before i started the pill i wanted to have sex with my fiance every day all day, now i barely want it once a week, it's putting a slight strain on our relationship too because the pill has made me more tense and i noticed i have mood swings, I'm just wondering if anyone can give me advice, I'm seriously thinking about coming off of it I'm that stressed!

If/when you do start a new one, ask for something with low side effects. I'm on Tri-Cyclen Lo and they're pretty minimal. My sex drive certainly hasn't gone down at all.

Usually it is the pill, unfortunately that happens quite often. I would certainly discuss another option with the doc.
