My wife and I have two favorite ways: first the "cowgirl" position for her, then she pulls me over into the "missionary" with her legs raised or even on my shoulders which does for me fairly quickly.
Missionary is the default for me and my guy, doggystyle being the back up to the default. I usually need my legs down or at least lower to orgasm... (I guess because the comfortable position, the angle of his pubic region rubbing against my clitoris and his penis seems to rub me the right way like that) then after I do, I put them over his shoulders and get to grinding around which seems to do it for him.
