For the purpose of the excercise, how do you know your impotent brad?

Have you been diagnosed with this or are you "second guessing", because your having some difficulties.

It would be good if you can share some more light in that regard..

Off course, we can't provide any web sites if we do have any "opinions" or accept your recommendation, that would be called spamming.

We look forward to your reply.

A lot of fake running from their basement type "legit" companies will claim to have natural methods as well as drugs that cure impotence but the fact is they lie, a lot. I really do not know of any natural products that have actually been scientifically tested for efficacy. You may want to check with a qualified herbalist for this matter. And if you cannot find anything as a last resort there is still Viagra which will work (prescribed by a doctor only, not those fake internet site ones).

First, you need to determine what is causing your impotence and that means a trip to the doctor. Don't try to treat this on your own as a man's penis is one of the first indicators of general health... particularly cardiovascular health. Impotence can be caused by many things: prescription drug side effects, low testosterone, high/low blood pressure, prostrate cancer, enlarged prostate, stress, and depression to name a few. If the problem is cardiovascular, there is one natural remedy that seems to work in some limited clinical trials. That is Korean Red Ginseng. The reaction is very mild and takes about a month to see results. But please see a doctor about this first. Most use a diagnostic tool (as in a test) to help them so it is not nearly as difficult as you may fear.

I too am curious, as it seems there are more and more guys that assume performance problems are caused by impotence or some type of ED when they very well may not be.

Unless diagnosed with erectile disfunction or impotence, you should not use any medication or suppliment to get it up, you should learn to get there yourself, and there is much advice to go around on that subject as well.

Start with a check up and see what the doctor says.

Trying to determine if it's actually a physical problem or a mental one can be difficult. It could be something like low testerone or your mindset and stress over having problems can cause those problems to happen. If you are stressed about disappointing your gf and having her leave then your erection is not going to be as hard or may not even exist. Before you can treat anything in any way you need a doctor to rule out physical problems.
