Can't, I'm in my late teens, stores would ask for ID and whatnot.

It is possible it just doesn't work for you. I've been masturbating a lot for years. I'm not even sure I was technically a teenager when I started. I cannot get anywhere with fingers on clit. electric toothbrushes are popular (why didn't I think of that?). Living on a farm I had access to very large syringes. Some syringes come individually packaged in a hard plastic case the same shape as the outline of a basic dildo. 20cc syringes come in cases about the size of an average dildo. Not something everyone has around but it just shows you have to be creative. Sex toys from the feedstore. :P

Some places like Brookstone or Sharper image sell "massagers". Their shape isn't obviously phallic, but its quite clear what they are designed for. On the other hand the store doesn't want to get a reputation for selling sex toys so they can't really ask for ID. (sort of don't ask, don't tell).

for non-vibrating things, don't forget the fruit and vegetable isle of your local grocery store

I use an electric toothbrush and I will keep using it until I get a vibe. It works really well with pleasure. I get so much more pleasure with it than fingering myself.
