Thread: The Newer, Friendlier WH Rules Summary and FAQ

Hello everyone! We are currently trying to make it easier for everybody to access the rules and regulations of the site. We ask that everybody please follow the posted rules, and remember that no question is off limits. The FAQ has the longer, legal version of the rules.

1. No links, with the exception to other Women's Health posts.
2. No advertising of any sort
3. The Golden Rule - treat others as you would like to be treated! We don't tolerate any flaming or rudeness here.
4. Keep it professional. Girl Talk and the Lounge are for fun and games; the rest of the forums should be in language suitable for speaking to doctors.
5. Don't skirt the profanity filter by using symbols or misspelling. If it is blocked by the filter, find a nicer way to say it!

Your profile should follow the first three rules as well, and PMs should not advertise or disrespect other members. Most privileges, including PMs and blogs, come at 33 posts.
Double posting, posting short and inconsequential replies to threads, and other means by which to inflate post count will be moderated.

In addition to the arcade games, there are posting games that mostly take place in the Lounge. These DO add to your post count, and a poster could probably reach 33 in a day or two.
We encourage you to make friends using posts, profile pages, and private messages when they come available to you. We hope you enjoy your time here!

I am a complete novice to this, and have just this minute registered. To say I was quite nervous is an understatement! It's not something I would normally do...I never really have had the time before, but I am currently resting having recently under gone surgery. I am bored and thought it would be a good way to keep in contact with like minded people. I am bound to make a fluff of things, it's in my nature! I would appreciate any feedback on how this whole networking thing works. Many thanks
