Default Quick fix for smell down south

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm gonna post anyway

This isn't exactly a question I'm comfortable of asking with my friends or mom lol, so here it goes.

A few nights ago I was out with my boyfriend. He's not a new one, we've been dating for 6 months, but we just started messing around..meaning hands and oral. I'm not ready for sex yet..and he respects that..

So anyways, back to my story...we were out in downtown one night at a lounge. We were there for a couple hours, had some drinks and danced a little. Then afterwards we walked up and down the streets just talking and laughing..

Well obviously we came back home to my place and with a little drink in our system we were a bit fired up and one thing led to the other and clothes started coming off..

So my question is, what is your quick fix for smelling and tasting good down there if you don't have time for a shower?? He's never complained, granted I always make sure were both showered before we mess around.

But we all know there are those certain times when the mood strikes that you want it right then and there, hahah. And this happend to be our first time without a shower before we started.

Despite how he begged, I didn't let him go down on me just because I always want to be fresh! So he was hands only for that night unfortunately

So again..my question is..when you're in a hurry for a quick fix and you can't take a shower, what are some tips to re-freshen your lady parts? lol

Unless you have really poor hygiene, your natural odor will be a turn on. Humans are animals and we are very much scent responsive, whether we are aware of it or not. Keeping a simple plastic watering can, with the spout cut short, in the bathroom, will provide a quick simple way to rinse yourself fresh and clean. Just fill it with warm water and sitting on the toilet, you can wash your genitals - rather like a portable bidet.

I agree that unless you have poor hygeine you shouldnt really have a problem but if you still want to make sure they sell Playtex Feminine wipes. They even sell them in nice small to go packs so you could even put them in your purse. Im sure that other brands make them but the Playtex I have used and they are a very nice way to get freshened up either before sex or just when your on your period and you just want to feel a bit more clean.

I agree that unless you have really poor hygiene, you shouldn't feel so self-conscious. Short of coming straight for a three hour work out at the gym, there's no need to feel worried about odor. Any "fresh wipe" will work to clean the surface. Don't worry about it, you're taking all the fun out of sex by being militant about showering. Honestly, some of the best sex I've ever had was during a camping trip.

Those wipes are full of chemicals that some people could react to. They do the have the plus factor of being easily available but especially with repeated use could cause some irritation, I also wonder if they could leave an after taste. Water isn't going to do that.

Jadey girl, I know exactly how you feel! I would just like to say I am very hygeinic but I still wouldn't let my bf go down on my unless I feel clean...If i'd been out dancing, walking about and drinking I wouldn't. If we've been out for the day and it's been a while since I've showered I just 'go to the toilet' and freshen up with a flannel, some warm water and some soap

I don't think its a matter of hygiene at all, more a matter of preference.

Also something else I use, is a 'odour eliminating femenine powder' its like talc but it doesn't have any talc in it...I started to use it during my periods to keep me feeling fresh but I use it quite a lot now just to keep me feeling nice if im in for a busy day.

I know how you feel....sometimes I've had that thought too, but I once used an insertable BC and it caused my partner to have an allergic reaction!

What about one of the feminine deodorant sprays?

I agree that perhaps just a quick slip into the bathroom to freshen up is your best bet..then you can relax and enjoy

Advice is - use no soap when washing! It can ruin your natural PH! Also, drink lots of water and less soda. I also have used a product called RePHresh after my period - it helps restore your natural PH - which is often the issue when women get odor, or yeast infections. =)

Just use plain water... I found this portable bidet that you can use over the toilet. it is inexpensive too. Google "cleanse 'n carry".

I'm allergic to all those wipes and so are many others...
