If you want to stay on the natural route, five popular natural supplements that have a fair amount of European research to back them up are vitamin E (for circulation) L-arginine, Pycnogenol and (you aren’t gonna believe the name but it is for real, lol) Horny Goat Weed. You can get them at any health food store and they have all demonstrated mild but positive effects.
The fifth, Yohimbine, is well documented but freaky stuff. Too much of it causes some weird side effects. I would stay away from it.
And yes, there is some anecdotal evidence supporting Walnut and Almonds!
