Default Anyone Lacking not enough foreplay to get excited?

I've been with my hubby a yea and a half. We've always had great sex and tried many different things. However I've always complained for more foreplay like we used to before we had sex for the first time. We'd used to spend forever just touching eachother..Sometimes he gives to me but he likes to go right to business. Which i can understand being it only takes me like 2 seconds of touching me and he's ready to go. I just sometimes need a little warming up. On nights he's busy we just go straight for it.Which being i know he has to be up early sometimes quickies are ok. On the nights he doesn't have to go to bed early though I wish he'd feel around me,kiss all over me,rub me down tickle me. I've asked him before and he realizes he sometimes likes to hurry. Then he slows down and gives it to me. I tell him he's not in a race he has the rest of his life with me. lol Has anyone else had problems with their husbands/boyfriends? I'm interested to know..

You've told him before and he has responded so tell him again and again. Some men need constant reminders. It may be annoying to you that you have to keep telling him, but you are already annoyed so just do it. In tell it will sink in.

I don't know why you wanted to delete - its a perfectly valid post. Its unfortunate - a lot of men really want to be good lovers and it is important to them to please their partners - sounds like he doesn't.

No, don't delete the post. What manspoint meant was that you have told him before, not us (I read it like that the first time too, but then took a second look at it).

I'm currently going through the same phase and the best you can do is keep telling him directly that you want more foreplay. No hints or half-said words, just tell him. Let him know that you enjoy it when it's "straight to business" as well, but some times you just want more foreplay (add that he's very good at it too, to boost his confidence).

LOL, sorry for confusion. Stressed is right about the confidence thing. Don't ever let him think he is under performing (unless he really is bad at it). That will stop him completely. Encourage him.
Moans and groans work wonders. Make lots of noise while he is doing what YOU want. And as we all keep saying, talk about it. Casually.

Encouraging him is great, I'm all for positive reinforcement. But some women aren't moaners and groaners, for them thinking about "encouraging" him may kill it, at least for them. There needs to be communication with each learning what works best for the other. Personally I vary and my guess that most women, when not convinced by porn to do otherwise, do. If I'm relaxed and fully enjoying being touched, carressed and loved, I may be very quiet and deeply into it. Other times I can be, shall we say, rather vocal? It's a matter of mood, setting and timing.

I've no doubt that most men vary somewhat as well. When you have a caring a connected relationship it ebbs and flows. They need to get to know and learn to read each others responses and communicate.

Thumbs up Thank you all for the replies

Thanks all for the tips. He is a good lover and is very respectful in wanting to please me first. I just like to get warmed up and he goes into me better. He just sometimes likes to do it so quick. Which is ok sometimes but also sometimes i like him to take me and get me into it.which tomorrow night at midnight when I am done ovulating it's going to be on. Even when there's lube for that i still like for him to get me wet and turned on until i can't take it anymore. besides the more foreplay i get the harder he stays and the longer he's inside me thanks all in advance I'll also keep the post. even though we've been toether awhile we're still learning. I love learning with him

I will let you know once i figure it out. LOL I think he just gets so exicted of the actual act. It's hard for him to wait. I just remember the days when foreplay was as far as we were both comfortable with. It was ans still is amazing.
