Yea we've used a few. I like them and joke about turning my husband in to a vibrator but they all seem hard to get the right position. There's a lot of reaching down and twisting it just a little to make it actually hit somewhere useful. The ones that go around the balls as well help to hold them straighter but not all guys like that. My husband wouldn't try one like that at first.
