yes, a D actually does top a C cup. the cup size is a measure of the width of the boob, whether it is yet full or not. the number 32, 34, 36... is a measure of the size of your waist under the breast ! for example, some one with a size 36A probably has small breast and larger waist and a size 32C is a small waist with a wider and therefore larger breast . of course if they are saggy this can make them appear smaller any ways
honestly i still have no idea what is trying to be asked here. as in who is the better endowed person in the relationship if you were to compare your penis size to your woman's bra size???
this confuses me just as much as the time my ex-girlfriend asked me how much does a gallon weigh.....
