I am 48 and am seeing a really nice guy but my problem is that sex is quite painful for me both during and for a week or so after, I get extrememly sore sometimes so much so that, its even uncomfortable to sit down, i dont want to lose my man over this but cant bring myself to tell him how painful it is, i havnt tried any lubrication as yet, does anyone know if this will help, any suggestions will be much appreciated

hi i experienced this on saturday. don't know if it will help or not. U probably need to use lubrication cuz i had the dryest sex ever on saturday, and still sore and it burns. So i don't know. But i have a similar situation. Try more foreplay and relax. or perhaps he just isnt the right guy for you. hopefully, this helped a little.
