Hey sweets. I would say take vitamins anyway if you're not already. A regular woman's daily vitamin, exercise....and what time have you been having sex? Take a nap during the day as well. Hope that helps a little.

Take a general one a day womans vitamin, drinking plenty of water... eating nutricious and well balanced low fat meals, laying off junk food and greasy things (they make you feel sluggish) getting exercise in every day, or every other day at least and being sure you get some restful sleep at night should give you a lots more energy!

Medical science is finding that with the exception "D", vitamin supplements have no positive impact on your health and in some cases can be bad for you, especially multi-vitamins. Eat a well balanced diet and get plenty of sunshine and you'll get all you need. As for sexual stamina, exercise is probably the most useful thing you can do to increase endurance. Walk several miles a day and lift some weights.

Medical science is actually saying congratulations placebo effect you work wonders. The multi-vitamins do not boost much of anything, they are not going to cause problems inside the body unless you are consuming grandiose amounts. It is more of a yes we see something happening but it is nothing on a significant scale. But that said vit D and calcium are about the only ones that cause a noticeable reaction.
