    Default A little frustrated

Now I am almost over my ex, but still thinking about her and all the stuff that is going on, I'm feeling jealous and getting a stronger urge of wanting sex everyday.

Its making me sound really obsessed and perverted because I talk about it a lot. I guess its lack of it, and something that makes you feel better

Wanting sex is pretty normal. Especially if your ex is hot and/or you had a steamy love life for a time.

Try finding other girls to take your ex's spot in those fantasies and see how it works for ya Oh, and yes, lack of anything makes it seem like the best thing in the world when you finally get it! You'll be fine and this is a way of letting go... just don't let it take over!

Not really. It will, but time will pass and it wont stick so much. Sure you will remember who your first was, but the weight it carries will dissipate with time.

You want sex all the time, but only had it with your ex twice... your fantasy of her is bigger than the reality with her was. I think you are making it out to be something in your mind that it wasn't and thats not so healthy as you are not so much pining for how things were but how you wish they were or were hoping they would be.

You should consider taking some steps to move forward. Try incorperating other women into your fantasies and try getting on out there and enjoying life... not necessarily looking for sex or a girlfriend, but friends and laughter and having a good time. Live in real life more often than fantasy life or you are going to find yourself burried in a world that doesn't exsist.

Ive almost moved on, I went in head first and talked to her about her new boyfreind, looked at photos of them and did generally hurtful stuff to myself mentally and its kind of helped me a lot.

You have to stop that. Its not good for you and you know it. You are going to turn yourself into an emotional wreck that the next girl your with and become into may very well walk away from. Not trying to scare you, but this girl broke your heart... do not let her continue to rule over your emotions indefinately.

She hurt you, you are sad. Feel it, grieve the loss of your relationship...then take a good long hard look at YOURSELF. Remind yourself of all the qualities you possess that make you a worthwhile person. From things about your appearance, to your personality to your intelligence to core beliefs... taste in music etc.

Realize that there are girls out there that will cherish what you have to offer and won't ever break your heart.

Take a good long look at her and how she treated you in the end and ask yourself if that type of person is really worth any extra anguish than the already provided you with.

Going back and talking to her, hearing of life with her new boyfriend, looking at pictures of them borders on self-abuse. Please try to avoid the things that make your guts sting and focus on the things that make you smile. Its the only way to move on .

She treated me like a king! She just didn't love me anymore. But I'm feeling pretty good atm.
