Precum is spermless. If a man has ejaculated recently his precum may contain trace sperm that was still hanging out in the 'tube' (lol) but if he hasn't ejaculated recently there isn't any sperm in the precum. At least thats what I recall reading on planned parenthood ... errrrr I'll double check!
