    Default 2 problems

Well first one is, I am 4 months post partum, and it still hurts to have sex, is this normal? If so, how can I make it "not hurt"? I do kegals to firm everything up. But I dread having sex because I am scared it's going to hurt again and I can't enjoy it, so I avoid it and end up going long periods of time between and it hurts even more . My husband is "wide" more than long, so that makes it worse for me. We use alot of lube and foreplay before he enters and it doesn't help. Is it because I am exclusively breastfeeding? I heard Low estrogen levels might be the cause, but I need to hear from "experienced ladies or men".

Second "problem", my husband doesn't last long when we're having sex (this is not the case when I give him oral, which is most of the time) I am talking literally, 2-3 minutes, but I don't mind at all, that's not what's bugging me. It's the fact that he keeps going even after he cums and I am afraid the condom with fall off or semen will leak out. What do I do? I asked him to stop when he cums, but he can't seem to help himself! (lol!) I don't want to get pregnant again just yet, I hope to space it out 3-4 years between kids....hopefully. Any suggestions? Guys?

    Thanks

Well, I'm not a mother yet so I can't give you any first hand advice on this, however I have 5 younger siblings (youngest is 8 months), so I've seen my share of pregnancy and child-raising

Anyway, as far as I understand, until your period starts regularly you can't get pregnant. Although it's diffferent for every woman, I think that when a breastfeeding it actually takes a longer time for your body to start ovulating again. So there is a good chance you don't have to worry about anything. or about that part anyway

Not necessarily true. I know a woman who accidentally got pregnant again when she thought she was safe.

Do you know if he continues after he ejaculates in an effort to please you? Most men don't find it particularly pleasant and for some it is uncomfortable to continue (though of course people differ)l

    Yvee,
You most certainly can get preggo even just a few weeks after having a baby!! My mom was exclusively breastfeeding me then got preggo with my brother 6 months later!

    rcoreyus,
I never asked him why he keeps going. I know he's orgasmed, I can feel it and he slows down ALOT! I know for a fact that he's REALLY sensitive after he cums so I do not know why he continues...this mostly happens if he cums withinn seconds of penetration (it happens alot). But I really do not mind, maybe he thinks i'll get upset? I guess I need to have a chit chat with him about it.

I bet he is trying to please you - (argh lack of communication is such a problem).

If sex is still painful, probably worth seeing a doctor to find out why. In the meantime maybe you can do other intimate things with him and avoid intercourse for a while.
